The program
MDiPaoloRacing is a Canadian Formula 1600 team shaped by preparation, persistence and a drive to improve every time the car leaves pit lane.
What began as a personal pursuit grew into a championship-winning program. Every part of the operation—from preparation and setup to driving and review—is approached with the same standard: understand the work, own the result and keep moving forward.

A late start never meant a limited ambition.
Michael began his racing journey in his mid-30s and built MDiPaoloRacing around the belief that disciplined preparation can close the gap between aspiration and performance. As driver, team owner and coach, he brings the perspective of someone who has developed the program from every angle.
Crew Chief
The work behind every lap.
As crew chief, Chris supports the preparation and trackside execution behind car #29. His role connects the workshop, the car and the driver—helping MDiPaoloRacing arrive ready and respond effectively throughout each event.
Championship season
The 2025 Formula 1600 championship marked a defining milestone for MDiPaoloRacing: proof that a hands-on, improvement-focused program could deliver at the highest level of the series.
The title belongs in the record book, but its greatest value is what it represents—the accumulated work behind every start, every lap and every decision.
Calendar
MDiPaoloRacing did not enter race weekends during the 2026 season. The team remains active through driver development, content and community events.
